I got offered a head cashier position in garner, NC. Does anyone know a straight answer about how far back home depot will pull background? I hear 7 and then 10. I need a straight answer. Thanks guys.

The state is NC. Do you know the procedures for this state? I am sorry for all the questions but I am worried because I got into trouble when I was younger 9 years ago and it has never hurt me before but now that the economy is bad it is killing me in my job search.
