One of the main reasons I chose to work at Homesite was largely due to their predicted growth in the Phoenix area. We have acquired a nitch within the insurance industry and as a result need staff to support the growth. Call volume is steady in sales, with incoming leads only. The sales quotas are within reason, and if you apply yourself you can make well over $50k a year.
