There are two cultures at Homesite. For the service group, they work in office and in a casual environment. Everyday is casual Friday! And Pizza is supplied by management every Friday. You'll quickly make work friends, and happy hours or get togethers are planned. Most recently a golf tournament. The management and HR and extremely friendly, and know you by name. For the sales team, we are work at home. So typical day for work at home employees consist of breaks in your own kitchen, and constant communication with your co-workers via chat. For the sales team, we are also in the office approx. 4-6x a year, for meetings or additional training. There is always help when you need it, and if you are in need of a day off you are allowed to swap schedules with other employees minimizing the need for PTO. Have a family emergency and need to leave 2 hours early?! NO problem, Homesite allows you to Flex your schedule as long as you make up those hours later in the week.
