After-interview

Hello,

I recently interviewed on site as an engineer for its Danville plant. They seemed to be very interested, but they wanted a phone interview afterwards with a VP. What does this mean? Is this just a formality and what are they going to ask?

Nice people but don't incur expenses you expect to be reimbursed. If you don't get the job, they have no need for you and will stiff you on expenses. Stiffed me for an auto rental to get from the airport to their office in Colonial Heights, VA. Numerous follow-up email and telephone calls were unanswered. When you are out of work is when you can least afford to be screwed out of a $150 especially by a companying with net income of $1 billion/quarter. They made a lasting impression.
