How does Honeywell Technology Solutions stack up against the competition?

Well, as a former Honeywell/Manpower employee, I worked at Honeywell for about 8-9 months. Getting the hang of the very stressful job was a challange. The warehouse is very hot, dirty and unorganized. I was promised a permanant position with Honeywell. The job continued to get increasingly hard to handle because Honeywell refused to hire any help. For the amount of work I was doing, overtime I was putting in and the pay that I was getting, I requested a pay increase. At that time, Honeywell had no one to replace me so they game the raise I was asking for. As soon as they could replace me, THEY DID!!! I personally think that Honeywell will make it because they deal with many types of hardware and other products. I on the other hand hope that they do not because when you treat people the way I have seen them treat people like myself, your name will soon be out and no one will want to work for them.

As I predicted, once again Honeywell is looking for new members for their staff. As I mentioned in the above post 3 months ago, Honeywell is predominantly run by a temporary agency called Manpower. It has been 6 months since I was let go and now they have let another employee go. This company's turn-over rates are through the roof. It is unbelievable how many people just in my local area they have been through. I can count 6 not including myself in just the past year. I would not work for this company again if I was on the verge of poor. I hope that they can not get anyone to work there!!! They need to be taught a lesson that treating people the way that they do is wrong and will cost them a future/furtune.....till next time, don't work here..they are liars!!
