How does Hot Topic stack up against the competition?

I have read that they are listed on the "Top 100 American Companies to Work For". I think it's a Forbes publication. They were recognized for their innovation in employee benefits and communication, their ezcellent company culture and their state of the art facility. I always check their listings. They seem rigid about qualifications, but supposedly have a great team, so it obviously works for them.
