I am considing position as Senior Account Executive for the Beneficial Branch of HSBC. I am at the second stage of the interview process. Does anyone know what it is like to work for Beneficial? What about the commission structure?? Would this be a good career move? |

I did very well with this company and shoud have never left go for it you will do well, but you will have to sell people high interest rates and you will be on the phone making dials quite a bit, but the money and the benefits are awesome. They are great. go for it give it a try. |

I currently work for a different finance company, but my manager came from Beneficial and HFC and she said both companies were very demanding. She made great money, but the stress and working late hours was not worth the extra money. She was putting in over 60 hours a week and working up to 12 hours per day on occasion. I would look into a CitiFinancial before Beneficial or HSBC. The starting salary is pretty comparable but the commission/bonus structure is different from what I have been told. Good luck! |
