It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at HSBC?

Applied for the job with no results, was contacted by a head hunter and got an interview...along with 12 other people. Met with the Director of Training who wanted everyone to put together a first year plan she could review after the first interview! Who would seriously know enough after the first interview to put together a full-blown plan?

After all that, the headhunter called and said they magically found someone internally to fill the position, even though it was posted for months at Indeed. Don't jump through hoops for these people. It's a typical churn-and-burn call center environment, and it shows at all levels.
