I've been at this about 2 months and have had 4 interviews -- all failed.
Suggestions?
Whats a good salary point for very experienced?
Is online submission a WOT or not?

This is a great company to work for, but the culture is somewhat stuffy. I interviewed for a position and received an offer and salary above $80,000. I turned it down for another company in a totally different city.

Definitely NOT a WOT.
