I get job alerts from Hyatt all the time for a banquet bartender. I have worked int he industry for over 25 years and have not had a single repsonse form them when I send a resume. Maybe if they hired the right people they wouldn't have an ad in evry week.

Dont feel bad I have applied and applied for several jobs with hyatt wichita Ks and NEVER have I been called for an interview and I have the exp.

It's the same with Starwood. I want bartender and they asked me to apply for server. It stinks.
