Nasty Company! THe HYATT in Newport RI is not really a HYATT, at all. The pay is waaay below industry standards and Newport is a very expensive city to live in. Management and HR is very inept. I have had frinds who worked there and they get 6 or 7 bucks an hour. For a place that charges 400 a night for rooms why would they pay $11 an hour for the graveyard shift maintence? |
