Been working here for 2 years and yes, the pay is below industry standards. "Aloha" is what defines us here, but with the recent addition ( 1 year ago ) of a woman who is on the fast-track to exective level, we hav become more corporate. The only reason why i'm still here is my co-workers, they make work fun. |
