What's the company culture at Hyatt?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Hyatt?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Hyatt?

I was a HR intern in Park Hyatt Chicago and working their was a great experience. All of my co-workers treat each other equal and we basically call each other by our first names, even to our bosses. I don't know if that is the same with the other hotels, but yeah. On the dress coat, we wear all black suits, its more professional like that.
