Do you work at Iberdrola Renewables? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I am interested in working for the towers located in the Northeastern part of Worth County. I am a licensed electrician and also have a renewable energy degree. I live only five miles from the location and was interested in finding out how or who I need to talk to about working at this location.

If you don't know anyone who currently works in Operations which oversees windfarm maintenance, you'll need to apply online through the HR department. Most positions are hired through personal references. You could also research the subcontractors that helped build that farm and they might have an opening that could get you in the door. It's pretty much the same for most windfarm companies. Mortenson Construction is the largest builder for windfarm in the US and most others subcontract as well. Good luck.
