Do you work at Iconma? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

To all those professionals looking for job opportunities in todays lack luster marketplace, do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and limit your options by working with Iconma. If you choose to work with them you will soon realize that you get very little communication, you feel as though you are treated like a side of beef.... [Edited By Host]. They are your typical headhunters who have few people skills and make no attempts to come across otherwise. Like we really need them!!! |

And I agree with Joshua. Also, try Programmer's Guild: programmersguild.org or the Yahoo Discussion Group ProgrammersGuild. NumbersUSA (numbersusa.com), while normally focused on illegal immigration has helped fight back a number of stealth increases in the H-1B cap. Also, did anyone see Mr. Gates lobbying for even more visas Wednesday ? He's like unlimited visas, but he'll settle for 300K/year. Sheesh. |
