What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does ICT stack up against the competition?

They promise Health Benefits and full time work after applying for the job you find out that you are considered a part time employee and no Helath Benefits. Allentown is revolving door none of the managers or leads are really helpful. No one is happy its a pretty bad work environment. Constant yelling by management when you are on the phone with customers. I have no idea what some of our higher managers do at the company they sit alot thats about it. If you need a job right away
great place to start if you never worked a job in your life they will take anyone who can open the door and walk in.

The Morrilton office is also a revolving door, not many stay there for long, it's basiclly a stopping off point when trying to find other employment. I think people would be happier if they paid more, I mean darn who wants to answer phones all day and be paid almost nothing?? As a single mom I struggle to pay bills on the pay I get from there, and I look daily for another job.

Ok lets be real the salary is no good whats so ever from a scale from 1 to 10 i wish there was a 0 cause that what that will be "0" cause pay is no good for the amount of work you do for the company. Benefits is another thing that is screwed up....you work 37.5 hours and no benefit that is sad...the benefit is another one that i will give a "0" cause it dont cover nothing only if you are seriously hurt plus you dont have perscription coverage at all....it seems that the company have no consideration for there employees. Holidays and vacation that is another thing that is ridiculous you have to wait for a year and sometime 2 years depending when you started to get that holiday & Vacation time I think that ICT Group INC. should see how many people are upset on how the company is being runed so hopefully one day the company can better system for there employees.
