What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at ICT?

What do you like best about working at ICT? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

The average starting salary-HA! Try just barely more than minimum wage, with ZERO benefits, unless you have been there a year you don't get holiday pay at all!! No bonuses, no travel requirements, and there are NO perks, or special treats for anyone that works there.!!

Ok lets be real the salary is no good whats so ever from a scale from 1 to 10 i wish there was a 0 cause that what that will be "0" cause pay is no good for the amount of work you do for the company. Benefits is another thing that is screwed up....you work 37.5 hours and no benefit that is sad...the benefit is another one that i will give a "0" cause it dont cover nothing only if you are seriously hurt plus you dont have perscription coverage at all....it seems that the company have no consideration for there employees. Holidays and vacation that is another thing that is ridiculous you have to wait for a year and sometime 2 years depending when you started to get that holiday & Vacation time I think that ICT Group INC. should see how many people are upset on how the company is being runed so hopefully one day the company can better system for there employees.
