DO NOT work this company! I am a call center rep for this company in the Colorado call center and their contractor is Virgin Mobile. I did start with another contractor which was Metlife, but then got hired on for the Virgin Mobile project and have been there ever since. They don't really care about their employees and I know they don't care about their customers. They have so much shady regulations you must follow. I've never worked for a company where 85% of the customers threaten to leave the company BECAUSE of the terms and conditions of their service. They wheeled me in with the whole 9.50 an hour, weekly pay, and extremely casual dress code, but I regret working here now.
