IKEA Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at IKEA?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I just went through an interview process with IKEA and I have to say that I like the overall process that they have chosen. At least for the position I was interviewing for. IKEA held a "group interviewing" process where we were able to introduce ourselves to many different individuals and interact with them. (all the time being graded or scored by the HR Reps I am sure) But, this process made it much more comfortable than going in and interviewing with someone one on one especially if a person wasn't sure if they really thought they would fit in etc. I LIKED IT
