IKON Office Solutions Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at IKON Office Solutions?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I think the interview with 3 different people is ridiculous. They know whether they are going to hire you as you walk into the place. Its bull crap. They ask you too many questions and waste a lot of your time and then dont hire you either. Plus they discriminate against your age. I quess you have to be 18 years old in order to get hired, anyone that is past 50 will never get inside to work. Plus they took over a month to email you a letter letting you know that you weren't picked for the position. I think IKON is a big joke. I quarantee that half of the interviewers arent perfect theirselves. They wasn't all that professional either.

Be sure to speak slowly and at a grade level equal or less than the person interviewing you. These people do not have a clue to thinking outside the box just listen to what they say the repeat it back to them. That is the best way to get a job there.
