What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does IKON Office Solutions stack up against the competition?

If you are going to work in Parkersburg,
be prepared to work out of your house.
Thats what I had to do when they closed the Parkersburg office. Be prepared to be the last in line to get demos and installs delivered. The lovcal competition will use the line of not having a physical presence in the City.
I found this to be difficult way to try to sell.

What is up with the Tier 4 Sales Group and the Outside Sales Staff at IKON. The Tier 4 Sales Group seems to have a Nationwide handle on IKON's situation that could lead this company into the next generation and show this company how to operate.

However, you have your typical interference with the Politcal Management Staff that say they will support this group when in reality, there is a true lack of real direction.

The Outside sales staff continues to interfere with the success of this well trained and professional group of associates.

I wish I had the training and support that they are receiving from their internalorganization, even if they are an outsource company. Maybe IKON should outsource everything!!!!!

The problems run deep, from Outside sales people who are not very well trained on the products they are selling, to technicians who openly tell their customers that they have no idea on how to fix the copier, even though it is a brand new model and not to mention one of the WORST customer support areas

Found a listing with IKON on here posted a few days ago, went to the site, selected the position, applied, immediately got an automated response saying the position was filled...wtf - between IKON and Indeed one of them should be able to delete a posting after it's been filled...that's what this technology is all about right...half of these jobs seem to be bogus
