IndyMac is full of complete morons. Their recruiter Clif Tang acts like he is on meth. If you apply to IndyMac you might have the unfortunate experience of speaking to him. He is a worm who has no backbone.

IndyMac makes new hires take a "test" that takes 1hr+. I interviewed with the management in San Ramon and have never been less impressed by their SVP's such as Susan Berkolder. The way that they treat people is ridiculous. Another company with executives who are too good and too smart for new hires. I flat out told them I'd never work with them regardless of pay.

I completely agree. Same type of scenario with me. I would never work for them after meeting with some of their people. Oh, and that recruiter...whats his story ...he is a moron.

You guys must be morons yourself. Just get over the fact that you probably didn't take a shower that morning, or maybe you didn't brush your teeth properly or most LIKELY you wore some tore up, old school clothes that would even be out of style at a 2nd hand store. Go back to working at Pizza Hut or Mervins'. Get over the fact that you didn't get picked because you didn't and won't have the skills to have the position. Continue your job search on Monster or Craigslist you loser....Keep waisting away.....Even better, sharpen up that 10 year old resume with 10 different jobs in the last 2 years....
