Insight is the most dishonest company I've ever worked for. Senior executives have litteraly sat across the table from employees, telling them their job is safe only to fire them weeks later. They do this to keep people on board until they can find a replacement. they take it personally if people leave voluntarily.

A quote from their president is "we need to do it to them before they do it to us", in refernece to rumors that some of their Louisville managers may leave.
