I always keep my resume on Monster updated and I keep in touch with my recruiter at Insight Global. He has always been very considerate and helpful and does everything he can to help me get interviews for positions that are a good fit for me and my skillset with the top employers in Atlanta. My advice is to be polite with the recruiters on the phone, always be on time for your interviews and they really stress dressing for the job you want. My recruiter and I have a great relationship and I know he works hard for me and my friends I have referred to them.

I kept in touch with my recruiter, until they stopped answering my calls. They wouldnt even tell me the truth as to why I didnt get a positions with one of their fortune 500 clients... I guess when you work with the children that are employed by that organization you cant really expect anything else.

Wow that was a quick response! Again, the only thing I could say is that I personally have a great relationship with my recruiter and everyone I talk to is really friendly and hard working. I hope you found a great job anyways and just stay positive! It's a tough economy and we're all trying to do whatever we can to land and keep a job!

I had a great experience with Insight Global the first time I worked with them, but that was in San Jose. When I moved to Atlanta I thought I would give their office a chance here and never got any traction. Recruiters would talk to me when I called in, but never returned my calls once I was on their so called "radar". Its hit and miss with this company...

If you want any type of vacation policy at all then this is definitely the wrong company for you as well. They state that since you are a contractor that you dont qualify for benefits. That makes no sense to me at all since I have been contracted through other organizations that gave me the standard 2 weeks of paid vacation per year. INSIGHT GLOBAL ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

I am an Insight Global employee and the best way to get in with this company is to be yourself during the interview. This is a great company that works extremely hard but has fun while doing so. This is not for someone who is looking for a 9-5 job, but if you are looking for an opportunity to become successful early in your career and are willing to work hard than this is the job you are looking for.

I have been working for Insight Global for over 2 years and I absolutely love what I do! I find the environment to be both encouraging and enriching while, at the same time, giving me ample opportunties for growth, leadership and monetary gain. Additionally, the contractors that are currently working with me are taken very well care of, constantly followed up with and truly enjoy being on site and working with Insight Global. Whether you are working at Insight Global or are contracting through Insight Global, happiness and well-being are the core of our business.

I have been working at Insight Global for close to 3 years now as an internal employee. We have been helping thousands of people across the country find different IT contract positions and full time positions. If you a looking to get a job, the best way is to post your resume online or call an office directly.

Once you get in contact with a recruiter, it is best to schedule a time to go meet with them to talk more about what you are looking for in a job. The meeting is not an interview for a job, it is a part of the pre-screening process so that we can work with you to get you an interview with one of our clients.

My advice is to keep in touch bi-weekly with a recruiter at Insight Global. There are not always jobs available that meet what you are looking for, and we do not control the positions that clients want us to fill, but if you keep in touch with us, just as we do our best to keep in touch with you, we will do everything we can to find you the best fit job for you.

I have been working at Insight Global for the past 2 years. Insight Global has a lot of unique job opportunities with Fortune 500 Companies across the country so the best thing to do after your initial profile is created in our system, is then set up a time to meet with the recruiter directly in person. This will help gain additional knowledge about the services provided. After this, check in every other week for any available positions that would fit your profile. Your Insight Global recruiter will be looking out for you but it is always good to call and check in to get any status updates as well. You will find our customer service to be very strong and there is a genuine interest taken in each and every candidate we speak with.
