I am interested in finding out what kind of a place Insight Global is?

They literally work their internal employees to death! Always business professional and always drinking! I have a roommate that worked for them as a recruiter and account manager and I have been to their company functions and I have seen what goes on with them. They have a lot of company sponsored activities, but if you don't show up they threaten you! They are all really young kids straight out of college and they don't hire you if you have any experience. I don't understand how they get away with having completely green people and call them technical when they are trying to sell their service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, for you own good.

I worked for them only as a contractor, but I could tell that they have a lot of fun in the office, because when I went in for an interview, I could hear them shouting and laughing and it seemed really exciting in the other room. The staff appears young, but everyone I have met was confident and had a great attitude. They dressed in suits and were always smiling. It seems like the recruiters and account managers really like what they do.

I worked for them as a contractor as well, but did not have quite the same experience. While they were all dressed professionally, they spoke to me like I was a long lost friend. I had no confidence in their ability and rightfully so, they promised the world and could not even get me an interview. Later on they called on me as a manager and I felt like I was speaking to the village idiot.

I interviewed with Insight Global in 2004. At the time, I was looking for a firm that offered an outside sales role, had an opportunity for advancement, and created a culture where I could have fun with my colleagues. This company gave me all of these things, and has I am so glad that I chose Insight Global because it has delivered on every promise made, and I have had the best 5 years I could have possibly desired. Our culture is exactly what a sales culture should be. It is fast paced, it is demanding, and it breeds successful, enthusiastic individuals who truly care about being successful in their careers. Our culture does not allow negativity, and it encourages positivity all around. We work hard so that we can savor our successes, and celebrate our victories as often as possible. I couldn’t be more proud to share my days, months, and years with the group of people we have assembled thus far. Nationwide, we have a collection of some of the most dedicated, polished, and professional people one can find, and it is these people who have made our company the rapid growing success story that it already is. I started with Insight Global about 6 months ago. I had worked for 2 years out of college before joining IGI. I knew coming in I wanted to be part of a great company, and from day one I experienced just that! Working at Insight Global is not only a job but an awesome career opportunity. I truly enjoy working with people, being able to help them find the best job opportunity they are looking for. Not to mention, knowing that I am making a difference in someone’s life is amazing. I came in put my head down and knew I wanted to be promoted into a sales role. Within 5 months after working hard and learning as much as I possibly could, I reached my goal of being promoted into an account management role. One of my favorite things about working at Insight Global is the support from all of my peers and management. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed, which truly shows the team that I work with nationwide. I cannot brag enough about my opportunity to be with such a great company and my career path that lies ahead of me.

That place is a joke... They make comments about peoples looks and if you are a girl and are not good looking don't even try to get a job there. They will not hire you. They seem to like making fun of people who have special needs. They want to seem like they are professional when really they are not at all. They drive you to become an account manager by ruining your life. If you don't do it the insight global way then you will be driven out. Yes the company has a great opportunity but you need to be "one of them" and use their slang terms. All it comes down to is they are slave drivers who make young kids hate the business world.

I just recently got a job through Insight Global, and I have to say that they are the most professional and personable recruiting company I've dealt with thus far.

The recruiter I worked with treated me like a professional, despite my being a recent college graduate. I was given all of the support I needed in order to get that ever-important face-to-face interview. My recruiter even showed up at the business the morning of the interview to introduce me to the employer and to make sure that I was as prepared as I needed to be. The recruiter was very responsive, and I felt that I was well informed throughout the entire process.

Answer:
People in the shop are motivated and sharp. And they encourage each other.
My opinion is that Insight Global, Inc has a culture similar to a real estate agency. Like having a shop of good real estate agents, they strive to match buyers and sellers to find a place for people to live, grow and prosper personally/professionally. Every agent is responsible for their own destiny. And work is commission driven
Insight Global is a successful business because they are all about encouragement and closing SALES.
They manage their successes well... respectfully nurturing relationships with their paying clients (employers) and their sales product (professionals providing services).
They match supply with demand. And in my experience with the Orange County (Southern California) office….we enjoy a great working relationship! Together, we have a committed contract with a top notch client in the medical industry.
I’m thankful for our blessings and my particular representatives at Insight Global got me a job! It is DBA/systems administration work requiring Business Analyst skills, working knowledge of PeopleSoft modules and expertise to program solutions within .net and MS BI software tools. They have found a match where my client and I both have similar personal, as well as, professional histories.
And my agents at Insight Global, our client (the individual manager) and I communicate at least every other week. Notably, Insight global even sponsors my health insurance.
We all care and want to nurture our mutual endeavors.
Soon, I’m up for the end of our 6 month contract with our client’s project. We are looking forward to closing another deal! All seems like “green-light-go” to either extend or convert to full-time employment with the client.

This is a sales group. They look like and act like SALES DRIVEN PROs.
I visited their offices when signing-on for a work contract. And was impressed that the people were young, vibrant and were very very good at driving team motivational performance meetings.

Q:What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Insight Global Inc.?

Answer:
I can’t speak for the internal office day-to day. However, I can say that each and every time that I have called or communicated with the Southern California office. The people in the office are ‘networked’ , ‘knowledgeable’ and ‘responsive’ in dealing with me and our client.

Insight Global internal culture = slave labor. If you have any sense of intelligence you will find a REAL sales job elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM INSIGHT GLOBAL!!!!!!!!

I work as a contractor for Insight Global and have really enjoyed it. When I came to their office I thought they were very curtious and professional. Insight Global was extemely helpful when I started my new job they explained everything carefully and made sure there was someone to contact if I had anymore questions. When there is an issue at hand they are quick to respond and solve. I would highly recommend working with the friendly people of Insight Global!
