How to get a job at Intel.

Do you work at Intel? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

An interesting phenomenon with Intel’s hiring philosophy.

Why is that if you are applying for jobs while you are interviewing, the hiring manager won’t hire you? I don’t understand it b/c my job is to find a job. After all, I may be interviewing with you, you may not offer me a job. So why shouldn’t I continue to apply for jobs even though I am interviewing?

I wondered why Intel’s hiring managers do that? This doesn’t make sense at all.
