Manufacturing engineering position at Intel

Hey guys,

i was wondering if some of you working at Intel or got through the interview and actually got an offer can give me some feed back. I first interviewed with the Business Op. department for an IE position..ranked 3rd amongst like 8 people interviewing for the same position and didn't get the job. I got another call from Intel for a manufacturing position ..essentially doing similar things and would really like to work there for a short term. Are there any ins and outs on how to excel on the 'stupid' ranking system they have?
