Internally the daily drama is very comical at times with CCO Fred Richards as the star of this juvenile, popularity contest and soap opera. The management and HR dept. is not trusted by the design staff and was recently asked to fill out questionnaires asking what needs to happen to improve the turbulent climate. My advise would be to stay far from Interbrand and look to LPK or Landor for a more stable career choice. |
