InterContinental Hotels are great to work for!!!! They provide lots of continued training....Although I worked for a franchised hotel, I attended a manditory 1 week class in Atlanta, and in the 2 years that I worked there, I probally attended at least 10 different classes and meetings. They require all managers to attend certain classes...
