I do work for intercontinental hotels. It's hard to predict what they will ask you because it GREATELY depends on the hiring manager. i got a job first through a contracting agency and then converted to permanent.

The easiest way to get a job at Intercontinental Hotels Group in atlanta is to be or get related to someone in a position of power. It's not only top heavy but also most of these top guys are related, college friends, etc...
