What do you think - will Internal Data Resources grow fast? Are they expanding their staff? How does Internal Data Resources stack up against the competition?

IDR will not grow fast - sure we have new offices going up in a couple different cities, but this is an oversaturated industry. Recruiting firms are a dime-a-dozen. Are we expanding our staff? Sure, but only because we keep having to replace people who quit.

We like to say that we have a HUGE competitive advanatage, but we don't. We offer the same service as the next guy.

IDR should consolidate its D.C. and Dallas branches back to Atlanta or we are going to lose all our money.
Also, a company can't grow if no employees want to stay.

I'm thinking about interviewing for the recruiter position at IDR for a "just for right now" job. However, I was wondering if you could help me answer a few questions.

What exactly is the nature of the "recruiter" position at IDR?

-Do you cold call people to sell things or do you actually try to recruit people for IT job positions from resume submissions?

-Is IDR a quota driven environment or is it truly salary without crazy metric goals?

Thanks :)
