If you are a decent human being with excellent work ethics and an excellent employment track coupled with good attendance and attitude, they will hire you.

I have worked for them and your comment is not true. I know people that have worked through a temp company anywhere from 2-15 years.

The name of the game is network, get to know someone and make sure you do your best to lay out your ground work for the future.
