international 9200 guages work "part time"

all the guages freeze when driving and the only way to fit it is to shut off the truck and re-start it ------ then the guages work anywhere from 10 minutes to two or three days and does it again and again and again. Any suggestions?

its a international 9200i -- year 2001.
