I am an internal recruiter at Intuit. There is not an average per say. It depends on a candidates experience, education, skill set and geographic location.
The bonus depends on your job with the company as well as travel. For example, I travel about 10 % of the time, but some jobs require more and others less.
I like many things about Intuit but mostly the people. I learn from my colleagues and my manager is very encouraging and gives me the flexibility I need to do my job.
Here are some other great things about Intuit:
17% revenue growth in FY07!
We've averaged 19% revenue growth year over year the past 10 years
Six years in a row on Fortune 100
We have won multiple local workplace awards and are the employer of choice for every major Intuit site
In '04 we were 3rd on Fortune's Most Admired Software company, the past three years we have taken First over companies 3 to 10 times our size
Hope this helps!
