I am an internal recruiter at Intuit. There is not an average per say. It depends on a candidates experience, education, skill set and geographic location.

The bonus depends on your job with the company as well as travel. For example, I travel about 10 % of the time, but some jobs require more and others less.

I like many things about Intuit but mostly the people. I learn from my colleagues and my manager is very encouraging and gives me the flexibility I need to do my job.
