What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Isaco?

What do you like best about working at Isaco? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

The benefits are one week vacation a year. They are never clear about your job responsibilities. They have a Prisonlike environment.

Read the ad very carefully, it states you will work 40 hrs a week. That's a LIE. Your paystub will say 40 hrs but you will be forced to work 43 hrs.

Guys,
I worked for ISACO 12 years ago, when I was only 25. I had recently graduated from college and was lucky to find them. I left ISACO because I wanted to work for an ad agency and when the opportunity came, I moved on. When I left, I referred a good friend of mine and he was there for 10 years. I know of people, designers, that have been working there for 8 years or more.
The pay was excellent! how many 25 year olds do you know that made 30K annually in 1998? The hours were not that bad, and the job security was amazing as long as you did your work and showed that you cared about what you were doing.
