HA! Like others who have replied, "Pure Hell". This is a totally unprofessional company. They treat people they hire very, very badly. It does not matter what position you have.

Yes they spy on you: listening into phone calls and into your office via the speaker phone, and even stoop so low as to searching your desk and garbage can....

I was one of those who relocated to Florida and was let go. I held an executive level position in the industry, was very well known and respected in the industry, commanded a good salary. I was stunned at what I experienced.

You will see they keep running ads for the same positions due to turnover and lack of candidates. In my opinion, word has gotten out.

I am not at all disgruntled or angry towards them. I feel very sorry for them. Believe me I was delighted to go! I was planning to leave anyway.

I hope whoever is interviewing there takes into consideration what I and others have said. Save yourself the headache - no job is worth it!
