ITT Technical Institute Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at ITT Technical Institute?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I just started and if you answer the questions reasonably and professionally you should be ok. They also give a test teach if you pass the first interview. You basically teach a selection of your choice. Once you get through that than you may be asked to join. I'm in Michigan and it was pretty lad back and not a lot of pressure.

I had a 3pm interview there yesterday. I spoke with someone (not the person I had been told I would be speaking with) for maybe 5 minutes. He then set me up to take a 12 minute Wonderlic test. I had already taken 2 Wonderlic tests online at home earlier that day, there is no reason I couldn't have done so with this one. I finished the test and was left alone waiting in the room for 15 minutes, at which time, the person finally came back and said they would have a decision in about 2 days.

Later in the evening, I found email that was sent to me saying that the position went to someone else. This email was sent at 3:49 pm. I made a call from my phone in the parking lot of the facility at 3:50. I was rejected while I was in the parking lot! Who knows, I may not have been the right fit, but this was one of the most unprofessional things I have been through in the interview process, and I sincerely hope they change their ways.

Hey dont worry! You DO NOT want to work with ITT. It is a shady organization that only wants to place students in debt with a worthless degree so the shareholders and executives can make tons of money! Check out their annual reports under educational services inc., that is the owner of ITT Technical Institute. Read the details on how much their execs make and the fringe benefits they are elected to have as a senior leader within the company. When you check their financials you can also review the stock trades of their senior leaders and see how much they make just off the stock options! It will blow you away that they can sleep at night by placing so many students in debt that they will never be able to resolve and with a degree that means nothing to most major employers... it just makes you sick.. also google "itt technical institute complaints" and you will find alot of valid complaints from students and employees... stay away!

What's next after taking two assessments on line? do they give you THIRD test?
