I am a former career services specialist for ITT Tech and I can tell you that you are in the minority. Most students end up making ten bucks an hour after taking out $50,000 in loans. They could have gone to schools like UCLA after taking out the amount of money they were scammed into taking out by shady recruiters. I worked for the school and I know the system. My guess is, you're not a student. You're probably the director of a campus who doesn't want the school to look bad, or someone at the corporate level. I've seen students passed through this pathetic excuse for a school, and hardly any of them get job opportunities. First of all, ITT will pass you through the system without having to actually attend class. They don't care whether or not you're present because they are a "For profit," school. Meaning they care about making money, not your so-called education. You could have gotten the same education at a community college and then transferred to a real college for a quarter of what you paid. You should have done your research beforehand. Although I can't blame you. I know how shady the recruiters are and how they get a huge cut of the money when they sign you up! |

I, too, am a former employee. The place is beyond being a horrible job. I was strongly urged and forced by management (yes, none of them had EVER worked in any type of school before including the President of our campus!)to do illegal things, to get signatures on documents and coerce students to sit in classes (so they could be charged for it) any way possible. They are all unethical, they do not care about employees or students at all -- ONLY MONEY. That's the whole truth in a nutshell. |
