Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at ITT Technical Institute? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at ITT Technical Institute? |

This is not a good place to work at all. In one month 6 people have quit in the sales department. I am not sure what position you are going for but a for a sale rep. it is not a wise choice. You are monitored, and bascially you will sit at a desk for 8 hours calling ridiculous so called leads. These kids will make appointments to see the school and never show up. The Dean will say it is your fault for not closing them on the phone. Once your training is over they expect unrealistic number of starts. Do not waste your time with this company. They only care about how many people start and they do not care about you or the students. I know the starting salary sounds great, but is is a big scam. Plus the amount of money per credit hour is ridiculous! Around $42K for an associates degree for two years! |

The office environment and culture at the OKC campus can be defined in one word: horrible. Most of the staff are some of the most unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive people I have seen in the education field. There are so many staff members that are angry about being on disciplinary action due to their poor performance, they are crying because they feel they are underpaid or they just hate their life and try to take their misery out on other employees. The office dress code is business but few can even muster a decent pair of pants that fir properly. Some have issues with personal hygiene which is disgusting and sad when you are over the age of 30.

ITT sucks.. accreditation is worthless to every employer, the cost of attending is OUTRAGEOUS for an invalid and unaccepted degree.. what a joke.. instructors dont care and just giving passing grades to make them look good.. recruiters and financial aid get paid more money if they get more students in the door so they will say anything to sign you up and then provide you with a joke degree and debt you will never be able to pay back.. word |
