J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc?

Any advice on striking the right note?

The initial phone interview was cordial and very typical of a first screening of an applicant and company. I had recently been downsized and the interviewer spent an inordinate amount of time focusing on the details of being "let go". Maybe JJK prefers to hire people who voluntarily leave a company versus those who are given a severance package and shown the door after many years of dedicated service.

As for my qualifications in the position being interviewed for, I ticked off every box that they had wanted, the job would've been a perfect fit for all my skills. Salary expectations were never discussed.
