I need some advice. I have a dead beat salon owner, and I feel like I'm doing everything!!!

I work at a salon in Upland, Ca. I've been a hair stylist for 26 years, and been a part owner of a salon twice. I'm now working for someone, he made me manager 3mo. into working for him, and over the course of 3 years his jobs have faded and mine have only increased....but the pay has not! I feel like...... running for tha hills and screaming all the way! Any advice?? The sad thing is, if I leave, the salon will close.

Not sure what happened?? but you need to look out for you.
