$300,000.00 RACIAL DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST JP MORGAN CHASE & COMPANY

I work at the same facility. Back it the Bank One days, we had it made. Promotions were actually based on performance and seniority...imagine that! Now, we are harrassed daily by managers that have nothing better to do. We do the work and management collects the profits. It's amusing that one of Chase's job postings states they are a "cultural leader".

Somebody who work in Chase Bank used his work e-mail to send me lengthly and nasty racial discrimination e-mail. His message said "Go Back to your country and sell your daughter!" Is that call racial discrimination? He's my hushand's ex-wife's husband. It's personal issue but he spent his company time and his work e-mail account to send this kind of message to me. Can I sue Chase for this matter?

The so called performance bonus are only given to manager's dear one
