If you are scheduled for any interview in Consumer Lending Services(Credit Analyst, Business Analyst,etc.) or just to be safe, ANY position within JPMorgan Chase, PLEASE check with your recruiter to see if there is a "panel process" for your position. The recruiters and interviewers DO NOT let you know of this "panel process" until you are hired and are in training. Once hired, you are scheduled to go before a panel of managers and your trainer approx. 5 to 6 weeks into training and if you do not pass, they let you go immediately. Many people have left their previous employers or chose JPMorgan Chase over other job offers only to not pass and be let go with no job and no claim for unemployment! Please, please, please do you homework and ask your recruiter! Good Luck!
