Hello,
I am curious as to the daily responsibilities as a personal banker. I am in the interviewing process and am curious as to what goes on in a day as a PB.
- What are the hours per week?
- What is the expected amount of phone calls?
- what is the culture or work environment like?
- How late can I expect to stay on a daily basis?
- Are we compensated for overtime if we stay over 40?
- Can you expect to work every Saturday, or rotate?
- What do you actually do in a given work day?

What are the hours per week? 40 per week
- What is the expected amount of phone calls? you will have call nights
- what is the culture or work environment like? lots of pressure not family friendly
- How late can I expect to stay on a daily basis?
- Are we compensated for overtime if we stay over 40? yes but they don't like to give overtime
- Can you expect to work every Saturday, or rotate? work every Saturday unless you might have one Saturday off once a month if possible
- What do you actually do in a given work day? Look at the link below. You will do the Chase 1-2-3 drill until you are Chase Blue.

They are being sued for failure to pay overtime owed to loan officers in 23 states.
