i have 2 misdemeanors from 16 years ago one was for possesion and one was for deprovation of property. i have a summery offence from 05 that was a shoplifting offense but reduced to disorderly conduct ......... i went to oriantation today and was sent home because back ground check was not completed do i have anything to worry about or is this going to keep them from hiring me i worked for a simular company for 12 years and had no issues .... help please |
