Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Jani-king Int'l? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Jani-king Int'l? |

Account Executive for JK's day would consist of start time of 8:00 A.M. till possibly 5:00 to 5:30 P.M. You start off with a base salary of around $3400.00 per month and decent commission after your sales reach $4000.00 per month. If you do not reach $4000.00 per month each month you are given a written warning and most likely last their three months as they show you the door. One common situation is that as the end of the month begins to show it's face, you will sacrifice some area's and underbid many if any opprotunities just to bring in some sales. Monday morning meetings reveal all that is going on with sales, operations, etc... NOTE: Say you do get a very big sale, do not expect to get all your commission on the big pay day which is the 5th of every month or Franchisee day because the could opt to pay you a percentage each month for 13 months. Sales at the San Diego Regional office are slow. If you are smart and a go getter you can do sales anywhere. If you get this job get in close with the better telemarketers for they can be a good source of leads and ease your cold calling. The business its self is competitive and being that it is a Franchise company you kinda need to bid higher so that the Franchisee can make some money for cleaning the place. |
