Do you work at John Deere? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

you must apply through their website and it is almost impossible to break their code. They receive about 400 resumes per job posting so they use computers to pull the "most qualified" resumes... so if you don't have certain "key" words in your resume then you don't get an interview... you have to know someone in the specific department that can get you an interview. |
