I had a phone interview for this position- it sounds like what I'm looking for, but after reading the comments here, I'm worried that I'd be going from bad to worse. Does anyone know how Ethicon in Cincinnati is? Does it have the same problems as the J&J companies being bashed here??

Wow. I am shocked to read some of the J&J discussions here. I have a 2nd phone screening interview with ASP in Irvine, CA.

Any tips or suggestion on the interview is much appreciated.

Heres one tip.... If the company is owned by JnJ..... RUN!!! It will be beat into the ground as they promise innovation and management will be so caught up in their game playing that nothing ever gets done.
Life has been great since leaving that dog of a company even with a pay cut.
