You know what they say about people who make assumptions and I think you fall into the category of those who do assume without appropriate investigation. The link is to an article written by an independent Employment Law Newspaper. It tells the story of a woman who was sexually assaulted at a company party and how she is suing JP Morgan Chase & Company.

Since you are not using your name I will safely assume that you are another Human Resource Rep trying to sing the praises of Chase. There are other conversations that are more repetitive than mine in this forum so why are you singling me out? Is it because I am telling the truth?

The woman was an Investment Banker at JP Morgan and I don’t see why she would be motivated to tell a lie. Her story sounds similar to mine and I emphasize with what she is going through.
