Roger that! Jimmy is going down to Houston with everything they could possibly need, copies of his UNLAMINATED Social Security card, His birth certificate and extra copies of everything else KBR want. I've learned ALOT of tips from this forum.......Thanks for your input as well.

Welcome, yes this site is great has great info and is very handy for everyone either going over there or for the wives and husbands that are still here. But most importantly its people all going through the same thing so i would say its a great sorta comfort zone. I leave next week so I know my wife will be on here now asking alot of questions and hopefully helping those who need it. |

Morning everyone. Sasha! Congrats, hon. I knew you’d have no problems. Yesterday was just so not fun. I was playing with two different computers trying to get the paperwork sent by KBR unscrambled. We were warned in advance that it might be a problem cause of virus protection. Question, what did you all do? Did you print it off and fill it in by hand, then scan it back in. Or did you fill it in on the computer? Ok, now I am off to catch up before I go back to paperwork. |

Brrrrr cold again this way–actually frost on the pumpkins–er windshields this morning. Trying to rush son out the door owing to, and he’s like don’t worry mom, I’ve still got my scrapper from up north. Yeah, sure thing. He’s back in a flash to get one of my spatula’s–odds I’ll see that one again?! Hi jdcs, yeah, recruiter told hubby he can not take any of the items–camera, laptop cell with. Said he could buy them later overseas if allowed. Which is fine. I guess you are right. We’ll save the dvd player and CSI seasons for his first packages sent over to him. Tony. I think the spread sheet you are asking about is the one that KBR dude made offer of. And KBR dude doesn’t get on here very often. He actually already over there and is quite busy I imagine but very helpful when he get this way with oodles of experience. Debbie C has one of her own design though, I beleive. Gabriele! That was a great idea–the online practice test format. I am going to do this for my hubby. Thanks for mentioning it. Ok I am off to get back at the paperwork, may be back in with questions. |

J McGonigle in Cache, Oklahoma 40 months ago |
To: Journee Jones Ms Jones : My name is James McGonigle and I have applied for several positions over the past few months on the KBR site. I have 23 years of military experience with 2 recent tours to Afghanistan with the Army just retiring last month (have my DD214 in hand). I was wondering if it might be possible to forward my resume to the appropriate recruiter (Ammunition Handler, Security Technician, Logistics, Laborer Foreman, Warehouseman and Security Officer) I don’t believe you are the recruiter for these in particular positions, but any assistance or advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated. My email is fireforeffect66@gmail.com . Thank you for your time. |

Yes you have to go online to apply for your passport, just follow the directions they give you. when you are done press submit it will want you to pay i think $100 ignore it click where it says create pass port.

Sasha, do you know any CLSS recruiters? I was a 92A in the Army and Senior Logistics Warehouseman last year--trying to re-apply but no luck--can you help? (Not Warehouseman--I've heard about the hold on them--I'm the one running the system, not pulling parts=)) |

Hi, Im new to this Forum, was looking for some information about KBR and came across this. My husband as been in Iraq since November, I was just wondering, Our initial understanding was that his pay was to be tax-free up to 89,000 dollars. But his pay has been almost half as much as expected, from taxes being withheld. Does anyone have any insight to the way they are taxing there employees? Thanks Alot |

Both for paperwork/documents on page 22, and for clothing, etc. further down the document. According to the paperwork and people on here, the itinerary comes just a few days before you actually fly. |
